13 Maine High School Students Received Poland Spring Scholarships

Poland Spring has awarded its annual “Science Scholarships” to 13 seniors who plan to pursue careers in a number of different fields.

MAINE, Maine – Thirteen Maine high school students will receive financial aid before they transition to college.

Poland Spring awarded the $1,000 scholarship to students from select schools who plan to pursue careers in life sciences, physical sciences, earth sciences, engineering, or environmental science or policy.

“The class of 2022 has faced a real challenge, coping with the pandemic for the majority of their high school experience while continuing to excel in their studies,” said Heather Printup, community relations manager for Poland Spring, in A press release. “We are proud to make a difference in our local communities by inspiring environmental stewardship through our Spring Science Scholarship Program in Poland.”

Poland Spring has been handing out these annual scholarships every year since 2007. This year’s recipients are below.
