We are proud to extend our partnership with Child Australia through the Thriving Futures Educator Recognition Program, which aims to attract and retain a quality childcare workforce and ensure sustainability sector for future generations of families.

The Educator Recognition Program (ERP) is designed to be the catalyst for a new benchmark in raising the professional status of the workforce charged with the essential role of caring for, nurturing and educating our children. in their early years.

Our commitment of $2.5 million over three years will provide child care professionals with access to generous wage subsidies, professional development, scholarship opportunities, sustained mentorship, career paths, and more. The program is designed to improve the attraction and retention of staff, build the capacity of educators, increase the availability of childcare services for families, and ensure a strong and sustainable childcare sector in the region of Pilbara for years to come.
