Dogs for adoption at Southampton Animal Shelter on March 11

Introducing Franklin: This sweet 3-year-old poodle mix unfortunately had a tough life. He was hit by a car and injured his right hind leg and required surgery. Franklin doesn’t let himself be slowed down and he has a bright and energetic personality. He would do best in a quiet home with children 14 and older where he can be the only dog.

Molly is a Lab Retriever Hound mix. This sweet 6-year-old boy was rescued from a southern shelter. She was probably kept as an outside dog and unfortunately tested positive for heartworm. She is being treated and the treatments will cost her adopter nothing. Molly loves people and likes to go for walks. She is working on her leash manners and basic commands. Molly would do her best as the only dog in the house at the moment to make sure she is calm and comfortable until she is fully recovered.

Karma is a 6 year old Border Collie mix. She’s 40 pounds of mostly floof! Karma is good on a leash and likes to take long walks. She loves attention and playing with tons of toys! She would be better off in a quiet house. She also gets along with cats.

Handsome Izzy was found outside and needed some serious upkeep. This affectionate boy is a one-year-old domestic shorthair. Izzy recently had a tail amputation and hernia repair operation. He is healed and hopes to find a loving home.
