Kimberly Neville Appointed to 12th District Congressional Seat on DECAL Board of Early Care and Learning
The Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL) today announced that Governor Brian Kemp appointed Kimberly Neville, instructional coach for Bulloch County Schools, to the 12th District Congressional seat on the DECAL Early Care and Learning Council.
Kimberly is married to Rawls Neville. They have two daughters, Kennedy and Caroline.
The 12th District includes Bulloch, Candler, Screven, Jenkins, Burke, Richmond, Emanuel, Evans, Tattnall, Toombs, Appling, Jeff Davis, Coffee, Montgomery, Wheeler, Treutlen, Laurens, and parts of Effingham and Columbia counties.

The department also houses the Head Start State Collaboration Office, distributes federal funds to improve the quality and availability of child care, and works collaboratively with child care resource and referral agencies and organizations. of Georgia across the state to improve early care and education.
